The state will always be current as of the very beginning of
the UNTAP phase of the current acting Methuselah. All
cards untap but no effects have taken place. I do not make
changes during someone's turn; only once they are done.
Please try your best to get used to this convention as it
makes things easier for updating the state, etc. (Note that
this is slightly different from my usual method but I am
experimenting with different formats. Please make me
aware of any improvements, suggestions, etc.)
